Tiqets has opened up the city of Amsterdam for me. The Van Gogh Museum, the Rijksmuseum, and the Stedelijk Museum are all must-sees -- and I got in without waiting, or printed tickets.
- I have just got back from a trip to Rome, where I left feeling extremely miserable due to the lack of customer care I received from tiqets.com.I had booked with them a queue jumping ticket where I was told I was getting guaranteed entry to the Colosseum and to not have to queue. They emailed me 4 days before my scheduled trip with them to say that the Colosseum would be closing early and I should get there at an earlier time. I emailed them back with a couple of questions and they didn't respond, despite them telling me to email them if I have any questions. When I got to the Colosseum at the earlier suggested time there was no-one from Tiqets.com at the the specified meeting place and when I called their number someone picked up who didn't speak English. There were other holidaymakers in this situation. DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
